Will I receive a tracking number for my package?
Yes, absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number, enabling you to monitor its progress during transit. However, it’s important to understand that occasional delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control, such as postal service disruptions or customs clearance processes. We kindly request your patience and understanding in such situations.
My Tracking Says “No Information Available At The Moment”.
For certain shipping carriers, it may take 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update in their systems. This temporary delay in updating the tracking details is normal and does not necessarily indicate an issue with your shipment.
What do I do if my order is lost in the mail?
Every order we ship is fully insured against loss or damage during transit. In the unlikely event that your order is held at customs, lost in transit, or returned to us for any reason, we’ve got you covered. While the postal service is out of our control once your package leaves our warehouse, we understand the frustration of lost or delayed orders.
